We launched our book Dynamic Collaboration in June 2018. In the meantime, the book has found its way to readers in more than 30 countries.

Otto and I are very happy with all the positive and supportive reactions. When we wrote the book we were not aware that the impact could be so great.

The book invites readers to look at team dynamics in a different way. It is unusual to understand these dynamics from differences in the way employees interpret their reality and from there enter into dialogue with others. The balance you can create between self-management and hierarchy also depends on the diversity in developmental levels in groups.

From the many reactions and ideas we received, we would like to elaborate on one, namely exchanging ideas, insights and practices with others. We also like to start with reading groups where readers (and those interested) can share their insights, questions and additional applications and inspire each other.

We would like to start with this on December 13th, and organize a 1.5 hour Skype session once a month.

The first session will take place on December 13 at 5:30 pm CET.
The second session will take place on January 17 at 17:30 CET.
