This module is the first of the Dynamic Collaboration Deep Immersion Program. Day One (22/10/2025): Foundations of Meta-systemic Thinking

  • Morning: Introduction to the four core principles: Whole system perspective, Dynamic change thinking, Assessing interconnectedness, and Transformation.
  • Afternoon: Practical application of whole system thinking to real-world challenges.

Day Two (14/11/2025): Understanding Emergence and Critical Relationships

  • Morning: Analysis of change and its systemic impact.
  • Afternoon: Identification and leveraging of critical relationships within complex systems.

Day Three (5/12/2025): Transformational Thinking in Action

  • Morning: Development of transformational thinking skills to envision new possibilities.
  • Afternoon: Application of learned concepts through a real-world case study.
