Module Three: Building Teams That Excel
From collaboration to collective intelligence
High-performing teams do not emerge simply because talented people sit around the same table.
Their distinguishing capability lies in the way they think together, explore differences, make choices, learn, and organize joint action.
That is why this module goes beyond traditional team dynamics or psychological safety.
Participants work with four interconnected levers: cognitions, interactions, process design and process anchoring.
When cognitions are broadened, interactions become more mature, processes create room for exploration and results are institutionally anchored, collaborative intelligence emerges.
The module therefore develops an essential transforming capability.
Teams learn how to hold different perspectives open for longer without becoming indecisive, surface underlying assumptions, examine the quality of their dialogue and switch more consciously between exploring, deciding, acting and learning.
They also learn how collectives can select between perspectives without automatically falling back on the most familiar point of view.
That is what distinguishes teams that merely execute existing processes more efficiently from teams that can also create new value.
The objective is therefore not greater harmony. It is greater collective capacity to think and act.
From teams that mainly coordinate to teams that sense, make meaning and transform together.
Content
Day 1 — 5 february 2027 – Working with Cognitions and Interactions
Participants explore how the quality of collaboration is shaped by both how people think and how they interact. They learn to recognize cognitive narrowing, broaden perspectives and work more consciously with inclusion, influence, tension and dialogue so that differences become a source of collective intelligence rather than fragmentation.
Day 2 — 26 february 2027 – Designing and Anchoring Change Processes
The second day focuses on process design and process anchoring: choosing and combining different change strategies according to the nature of the challenge. Participants examine how new practices become embedded through structures, routines, narratives, networks and learning processes — without prematurely freezing what still needs to evolve.
Day 3 — 19 march 2027 – From Dialogue to Directed Change
The final day deepens the dialogical space in which teams make collective choices. Participants learn how groups can move beyond familiar perspectives, select richer interpretations and connect dialogue with focused intervention in continuous improvement, value streams and new value creation.
This module provides the essential frameworks and practical tools for building and sustaining high-performing, collaborative teams that drive organizational success.
