We move beyond traditional sustainability models, guiding participants through a transformative journey from fundamental understanding to practical implementation.

This module will equip you to:

  • Design and Implement Regenerative Transitions: Create structures, processes, and a roadmap for sustainable change.
  • Foster Holistic Stakeholder Engagement: Build collaborative frameworks that align with ecological and social ecosystems.

Day One (22/05/2026): Integrative Principles and Core Dynamics

  • Understanding Regenerative Leadership: Explore the seven core principles and their role in establishing a regenerative development path.
  • Systemic and Meaning Dimensions: Analyze the interaction between these dimensions and their impact on organizational and human capital design.
  • Real-World Application: Engage in group break-out sessions, examining regenerative leadership through concrete examples (Patagonia, Terra Genesis).
  • Dialogic Alignment: Learn to concretize a dialogic approach to align your company’s setup with your desired development path.

Day Two (05/06/2026): Setting Up the Transition Process

  • Visioning a Regenerative Future: Envision your organization’s future through a strategic visioning exercise.
  • Identifying Pressure Points: Lay the foundation for development by addressing key organizational challenges.
  • Holistic Strategy Development: Explore strategies for rethinking challenges and developing holistic solutions (Guyaki, Fairbnb Cooperative).
  • Collaborative Transition Frameworks: Design holistic conversation frameworks for transition, emphasizing intentional listening and stakeholder co-creation.

Day Three (19/06/2026): Implementation in Your Organization

  • Creating an Implementation Roadmap: Develop key milestones, stakeholder engagement strategies, and timelines. (House of Hackney)
  • Regenerative Performance Systems: Align organizational goals with regenerative principles through effective measurement and performance systems.
  • Employee Growth and Development: Identify individual and team growth areas and create tailored development paths.
  • Regenerative Governance and Conflict Management: Develop governance and conflict management structures to support long-term evolution and manage essential balances (stability vs. diversity, autonomy vs. cohesion, differentiation vs. integration).
