This four two hour sessions not only inspires you to look at work in a completely different way, it also offers numerous practical tools to work with teams and change processes in a different way.

The Dynamic Collaboration approach is based on the growing complexity with which companies are confronted. The confluence of different technological and market developments pushes functions and roles to evolve at an unprecedented speed and puts collaboration structures under pressure. This creates a great deal of uncertainty for individual employees, as well as in the collaboration. More than ever, thinking and acting together (collaborative intelligence) is needed.

The Webinar Series is aimed at professionals who are looking for solutions to provide clarity to employees in how their roles are evolving, how they can come to transparent agreements, and how they can prepare themselves for the future of work.

The Webinar Series deepens the insights from the most recent book by Jan De Visch and Otto Laske. We zoom in on key conversations to learn to think and act differently and more integratively in teams. For this purpose we also provide two toolkits: one that helps you to design work differently, and one that helps you to map out the interpretation patterns of employees. They form the starting point for a different human capital management and change approach.

Practical
The Webinar Series start in November 2020 (12/11 – 19/11 – 26/11 – 3/12 ) and is organized in four consecutive weeks on Thursdays each time from 08:00-10:00 CET/4:30-6:30 pm ACDT/ 5:00-7:00 pm AEDT .
